Shipping & Delivery

We ship most orders via UPS, USPS ,FedEx,DHL for United States orders, and FedEx, DHL Global Mail, Asendia for international orders.

PartsWindow.com ships worldwide. Normally it takes around 1~3 weeks for international shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on current shipping rate tables, destination zip code, and order weight.

We will try our best to ship your order the same day (place your order before 1 pm PT Monday-Friday for the same day shipping).

Normally orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

The shipping charge the customer agrees to upon purchase will determine when the customer will receive their order.

Standard Shipping (delivery: 2-7 business days)

UPS Ground (delivery: 2-5 business days)

UPS 3 Day Select (delivery: 2-3 business days)

Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped out.

Sending products or gifts to others is easy. During the checkout process, just add the appropriate "Shipping Address". We will ship your order to the address you specify.

This does not happen often, however when it does it is usually because of incorrect address or delivery issues that are not under our control. 

We are not responsible for undeliverable address.

We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
